You need to re apply for it as upgrading cancels the current discount. @lfcsb73

"You can then apply for your discount:
In store – simply bring your work ID badge or a recent payslip
Online – complete this online form using a valid work email address.
We’ll email to let you know when the discount has been applied. You can use the offer on five additional contracts to share with friends and family. Note: Each additional contact will have to pay a £10 membership fee."
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can further help in regards to re applying the discount but do make sure you do it within the accepted timeframe.
