Hi
I have had my VSS for a couple of years and have had no problems at all, however i have updated both mine and my daugthers phones to iPhones 4S and 5 and neither of them are connecting.
I tried to remove and add our numbers back onto the VSS however it was not letting me do this, I reset the VSS and this did not work either therefore I de-registered the VSS from my acount however now when I try to register it again it will not let me and tells me it is already registered!

Hi amelia158,
I can see it was deregistered and re-registered successfully yesterday.
It hasn't updated with our servers since though so I'll do a resync for you. Please do a reset to complete the process;
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
