Sure signal version 1 not working

I'v got an iPhone 6s on pay as you go and I was wondering about the mobile data settings. The APN is pp.vodafone.co.uk but what should the username and password be for pay as you go?

I have a problem with my Sure Signal after a power cut. I have unplugged and pressed the reset button etc. I have a solid red light and one white light (nearest to the red) flashing. No other lights appear. Internet is working
