1st of all.... there's no "Vodafone Broadband & Home Phone" board so I'm having to post in the "Off topic" one instead.
My Vodafone Connect Router has renamed my 2nd WiFi SSID to "Vodafone Family" all by itself. Is it meant to do that?

You can get help by talking to Live Chat. It defaults to the Pay Monthly section, which has been very busy for some time. However, if you click on the Broadband tile, you should get the option to start a conversation more or less imemdiately.
