Vodafone PAYG Mobile Broadband - Will The Service Upgrade To The New Allowance?

ok, so about a year ago i bought a new laptop, that came with an internal HSDPA modem - the box had a vodafone sim in it, so i called them up and had it activated on a month to month contract 1gb £15 - happy days.

but i have just checked the vodafone page and have noticed that you now offer 3gb for £15 - i have no idea how long for but shouldnt my contract upgrade to the new terms automaticly i now my tmobile line did...

is there anyway to get my line bumped from the 1gb package to the 3gb package?

Hi David-g,

We would only automatically migrate you to a new tarriff if the previous one were discontinued all together.

Provided you are out of commitment on your contract we can change your data package (as its a rolling contract you qualify for this)

I have sent you an email, if you reply with the requested information we can do this for you.
