Vodafone Smart ultra 6 Update stops Exchange Working

An update about a week ago for the Vofdafone Smart ultra 6 broke the connection between Exchange and my phone. This has happened to 30 other colleagues too. Is there going to be an update to fix this?

I've seen in the past that software updates can occasionally have a negative impact on certain features or apps. 

Usually the developer of the app updates it asap and or a person can send a bug reports to them. 

The same with features they are either removed by an update which to be fair is rare or the people catch up with it. Or again a person can usually send a bug report to the relevant person. 

What sometimes helps is creating a back up to protect your personal information and factory reset which removes any left over files from the update. 

Or if your phone allows it look to see if you can just clear the system caches first which does not affect your personal information.
