Vodafone Sure Signal Connected but not receiving calls/texts

Hi

 

My Vodafone Sure Signal is connected but I am not receiving calls/texts

 

Please test results below from instructions from another thread.

Download speed: 37MB/sec

@zcgbb89 – From looking at your traceroute, there’s a very high result of 600ms at step 7.

 

Please complete another traceroute and check if this happens again. If you see any results over 200ms, you’ll need to contact your ISP to see if there’s anything they can do.

I upgraded to BT Home Hub 5 Infiity and have spent 2 days between BT and Sure Signal Team trying to get connected and still no joy unable to use x 3 phones for call or txt. I dont have the technical ability to resolve and have found both parties frustrating. Going to investigate moving to EE as a solution looks unlikely.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

We are having the same issue here,  we can make calls but not receiving any.

 

 

I had the same problem today. I've only recently got my suresignal installed and have managed to send and receive text messages. Someone tried to call me and went straight to voicemail apparently, but I was able to phone him immediately.

 

It seems to me nothing to do with my connection or speed, but the service?

 

I've run a trace route twice in a row and anything after hop 11 has timed out.
