Does anyone know how long it takes to get a Vodafone Sure Signal once an order has been placed?

I have recieved an email stating that it is currently out of stock.

At least you've managed to order one. I ant order online or in store as out of stock. Very frustrating when you have no signal at home and are paying for a service from vodafone!!!! I'm wishing I had never moved my contract from o2
