Hi
I have a V1 Vodafone Sure Signal. It hasn't worked for months. I've tried a reset, no joy.
To reset I hold in the power button but the light's don't all go solid. They light up in turn.

Symptoms:
Plug it in, Power on solid
Network light flashing
Power light off (i.e no lights on). Network lights solid orange and green
Power light back on. Network green solid. Orange flashing.
Sky Router showed a new wired connection.
Internet @ light flashing. On 2 secs. Off 2 secs. The brief quick flash. Then solid
Then tick light flashing. On 1 sec, off 2 sec.
Then all off briefly.
Then power light solid. Again network green on. Orange flashing.
Internet @ flashing on 2 secs off 2 secs. Good few minutes.
Saw power flash briefly, and @ light irregular flash briefly.
Then @ stopped flashing for a few seconds. Back to 2 sec flashes.
Then solid @
Then tick 1 sec flashes.
Then all off. Network green and orange both steady. Minute or so.
Then power on and orange flashing.
All lights flashed in sequence. Power on, green steady, Orange flashing.
@ 2 sec flashing sequence.
So seems to go round and round in circles...

Are you able to access the settings via your online account? Have you tried deleting your number and re-adding it? Someone here changed phone - he kept the same number but with a different SIM. The SS mk1 only saw it again after the number was deleted and re-added.

Your download speed is fine, but you haven't supplied your ISP details.
The Sure Signal contacted us on 7 December and it seems to be going through the set up process.
Please try the Sure Signal at a different address, with a different ISP from your
own.
