Vodafone Sure Signal V1 not working

Hello,

Having problems with my suresignal 1.  It has lights 1,2,4 on but no 3G service to my phones.

I have tried the resets but comes back to the four lights and no 3G.

I have had the Sure Signal for about 6 years and has worked well.  This problem has started in last months or so

Hi,

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues.

They are available on eBay for around £10.

From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

Appreciate what your saying.

However A degrading power source can cause issues.
