Hi VF,
My wife recieved this email below this morning and by coincidence? Now my Sure Signal is not working, we run two mobiles through it, mine is a business line, so at the moment I am loosing customers/money. Please would you be kind enough to look into this asap?
I have blanked out the last three didgits of the serial number. Inactivity????? I used it the other day!

I have just received an email saying my Sure Signal has been suspended due to inactivity!!!!!!!!!! [Removed according to House Rules] I used it on the 5th January 2014.... Where do I go from here? VF over to you...
BTW - my contract ends this month, so if you want to keep me get it sorted or Mr O2 will have my business.....

Have just been called from the Sure Signal team and it seems that the Sure Signal box changed from being registered to unregistered?? They have re-registered it for my, now to wait up to 24hrs to see if it comes back online.

They did mention that it could have been a server issue??
So not of my doing then, you have got to love technology :smileylol:

I have received the same email this morning, been using Sure signal recently but now I have no mobile signal at all.
"Your Vodafone Sure Signal 40120905399 in postcode SM7 2BZ has been suspended due to Inactivity"
Can someone at Vodafone give their servers a kick and plug me back in please.

davies777 - your best bet would get into live chat, they will get someone to ring you back and re-register you SS box.

Thanks but the chances of them getting through to me will be very small with no signal, although I did get a few bars a moment ago, just enough to receive a text from Vodafone telling me that I've been de-registered.
