Hello,
I want to request a resync for my sure signal, i've had a few problems with getting it to work recently and i've tried pretty much everything but a resync
So can someone attempt this for me?

Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. If this doesn’t resolve your query, please post your reply either below, or in the relevant thread, together with the details requested, including the following information.
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Can a resync not just be done without all that information?
I've posted all that on a thread before when i was having a previous problem with it however i've moved the sure signal around now so i've been recommended to ask for a resync

We’ll need to take this information to make sure that there isn’t anything else happening with the Vodafone Sure Signal to stop this from working.

So we can ensure there isn't an issue with your Sure Signal, please try your devise in a different location and let us know the outcome.

The device has already been tried in a different location quite far away actually and worked fine after changing postcode and reseting it, it provided a boosted 3g signal great.
Its when its moved back to this location that it doesnt work but everything should be configured correctly

We’ve tried to send a new policy to the Vodafone Sure Signal but as this is not making contact with the Vodafone network, this is not reaching you.
Perform a re-set on the device by following the below steps –
The Sure Signal will now try to contact the network and download its profile. This can take up to 6 hours.
Any try a new Ethernet cable.

everything has been done and as far as i can tell it still isnt working properly,
any ideas?
