Vodafone sure signal 3 resync

I want to request a resync for my sure signal, i've had a few problems with getting it to work recently and i've tried pretty much everything but a resync

So can someone attempt this for me?

If the unit worked on an alternative internet connection, it'll be a limitation with your home setup.

Your ISP will be able to go through our ports and and firewall restrictions that are preventing us from getting the softweare updates to you.

Ah right okay, is it possible to see whther the updates can be sent now since some changes have been made to the network
