Vodafone sure signal not working since 28/8

My sure signal v3 hasn't been working since sunday. It usually has a flasshing red light and two static orange lights, but sometimes has a solid red light with the forst light flashing white.

went to solid red light and first and third lights flashing orange.

now back solid red and first light flashing white.

can any one help with this?

now got the service back again.

wonder how long it will last this time.

Back to all lights flashing. one red and three orange.

just done a facory reset (10secs)

oh dear. sure signal has switched off.

pressed reset for 10 secs and red light now solid and first light white and flashing

[abellchriss]

here we go again. now flashing red light and first and third light solid orange.

Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

sure signal defaults to all lights flashing, but a short reset (5 secs) brings the service back for an hour or a bit more before reverting to all lights flashing.

Is anybody able to sugest how i can sort this out?

The light sequence of all flashing lights usually means the Sure Signal is over the maximum operating temperature and therefore will automatically turn off the connection.

Is it possible for you to move the device to a cooler location?
