Sent my phone away to be repaired under warranty 07/08/2016 and it has still not been returned, tracked it online and was supposed to have been sent back 12/08, but shop tells me this is not the case as they are awaiting parts.
Shop inadequately staffed, endless queues on going into shop and no staff to answer phone, in the neantime I am paying rental on a phone I do not have!!! NOT HAPPY:smileymad:

i would like to know why my advise was removed? i was helpping the customer get this resolved and for him to get some compensation for their trouble. it seems vodafone dont want me to see customer how to get better help and compensation for their trouble.
I will repost it as it is a genuine vodafone complaint procedure.
I would advise customer to fill in the form as soon as they seen the link

I only know sure way to get the fixed and by going over the customer service heads.
What i can advise is to fill out the form which i will leave a link at the bottom with. Its a EU online complaints form that sent online to vodafone head office. If you do someone from the upper complaints departments will contact you within 24hrs normal but can take up to 48hrs. They will correct this error and normally give compensation for the error if you ask for this as part of your complaint. You can also find the link to the EU complaints on Vodafone site under the complaint section. I have found this to be the best help you can get when you keep getting mugged of by customer service as this complaint goes over their heads and straight to the complaint managers.

@rooneycr200888 It appears that it may have been removed as the form seems only to be valid for complaints about companies tracing in Germany, Luxembourg, Poland and Brlgium.

I recommend try again maybe use a different browser as i have just tried the link myself now and it worked perfect and found vodafone on there.

if that dont work use the vodfone site link below and go to the bottom and use the link Online Dispute Resolution that should work perfect.

So gets better, an Asian gentleman has twice tried to contact me, left voicemail, after listening to message I have finally figured out the phone number he wants me to contact them on. So phones number and through to automated service, "Please enter number the complaint is about" enter number, no complaint registered, tried again, still not recognised, tried the number he phoned me back on, not recognised, end of call.
You seriously could not make this up, someone phone me back, getting nowhere fast!!!!
