Sent my phone away to be repaired under warranty 07/08/2016 and it has still not been returned, tracked it online and was supposed to have been sent back 12/08, but shop tells me this is not the case as they are awaiting parts.
Shop inadequately staffed, endless queues on going into shop and no staff to answer phone, in the neantime I am paying rental on a phone I do not have!!! NOT HAPPY:smileymad:

call 191 and say you want to speak to customer relations complaint department. let them know they have tried to call you but you missed the call. they will sort it.

Spoke to very helpful guy in the Belfast call centre, he investigated problem for me and said phone dispatched 12/09, so we shall see what happens. he is going to phone me back next week to arrange compensation, (1 months line rental) I believe, once he sees that phone is here and working.

So finally got through to the shop today, tell me phone will be delivered to shop today by 15.00, will phone me when it arrives.
Guess what? NEVER HAPPENED.
2nd complaint lodged on portal.

this is the same issue im having but ive not had to wait anywhere near as long as you. They have been trying to source a phone for the past week, it has the be the worst insurance policy i have seen, a massive con, most other insurances companies supply a phone within 24hours and are much cheaper!!
I have emailed the vodafone CEO in hope one of his secutaries rings back.

Hi Tom,
Phone was sent away 07/08, so makes 44 days without service, just empty promises.
I think it is time to go to the media with this, although as I am due an upgrade in mid October, I wonder if they are holding out for that event.
