Sent my phone away to be repaired under warranty 07/08/2016 and it has still not been returned, tracked it online and was supposed to have been sent back 12/08, but shop tells me this is not the case as they are awaiting parts.
Shop inadequately staffed, endless queues on going into shop and no staff to answer phone, in the neantime I am paying rental on a phone I do not have!!! NOT HAPPY:smileymad:

Phoned customer services once again today, spoke to an operator in Belfast who offered me an upgrade to galaxy S6 and a lower rental price along with £50 credit on my account, this was because I was due an upgrade in the next 2 weeks.
I pointed out that they have really done me out of a phone as my galaxy S4 mini had disappeared into space and had not been replaced. he said that was a matter between the shop and the repair centre, they had no input on that dispute!!!
I declined as I was wanting my replacement phone in my hand before compensation could be settled.
So once again I set off to the shop and low and behold my new shiny phone, which the manager said she was going to deliver on way home.
A galaxy J5 currently charging up, just got compy to sort.:smileyvery-happy:

Hi
If you fulilled the criteria to have a loan phone then one should have been discussed if they had one in stock IMO.
Customer service via 191 or Live Chat should be able to investigate for you and advise accordingly.
When discusssing repairs with people I always suggest asking the manufacturer first to help as they know their hardware and software better.
Samsung have Service Centres too that a person can visit.
And
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.
