hi, Keep gethhing this when I try to regester online.
I am pretty sure I had already set up online, I have the app on my iphone and that seems to work correctly. When i try to access using what I would have entered as my credentials however, it fais.
I need to add some new numbers to my suresignal, this seems very odd, any thoughts or help most appreciated.

Maybe if your sure you've registered then try the reset link.
Their was a recent forum announcement that their was issues with self managing the Sure Signal Device.
You our may need to call Customer service on 191 or use Live Chat.
Live Chat Option is found in the 'Contact Us' Link at the foot of the forum page. Please use a Computer to use this service. You may need to leave the Live Chat window page open a short time for Live Chat to initialise and for an Agent to become available.

Absolutely substandard service from your team, ever after calling every other executive is providing the same troubleshooting steps nothing different on the last 5 trials. Your team is not trained on this subject do not know how do I get the device working. I invited more trouble after I agreed cause I did not have signals at home. Is it time to move on after 5.5yrs being with you with the service you are delivering.
Even after writing to the CEO with the issues nothing is improving. Its a total rip off as I am paying my rental wherein you are not able to provide service. I dont live an a jungle the service coverage is not good within the London Zone 4 ?
