Hi I ordered an iPad on the Black Friday event last Sunday. It has been sitting in stage three for the last 5 or maybe 6 days. Can anyone tell me whats happening? I called today spoke to 3 people. One (Dutch/German sounding) said there is a problem with the order and transferred me to a Northern Irish guy, who said the order is fine and told me to keep checking. I called back and another Dutch/German person took my details and transferred to her colleague whose system was down and told me to call back tomorrow, leaving me a tad annoyed.
Can someone let me know what is happening or help? I can't use live chat as my work laptop does not allow the software needed.
