Good evening, customer of a few months. Certain websites force the phone to redirect to a vodafone help page.
These aren't adult sites or age restricted in anyway. They are most gaming related websites. I have turned off the content control and the secure net and this was weeks ago still happening. It is not the websites fault as works fine on Wifi.
I have seen the numerous threads on this going back into early last year and saw it was an ongoing issue. Please can i get some information to assist? I pay for 60gb data a month and if i cant use it I will be leaving and going back to 02!

Ive seen previous posts where the account holder has toggled Off Content Control at their side but for some bizarre reason its still been On at Vodafones side.
Id suggest ringing customer service and ask that they check.
I understand its gaming sites but Vodafones Systems could still see that as needing restriction due to the content of the games.
