Where Do I Find My Account Number or PIN?

There might be a really obvious answer I'm missing, but I'm trying to register for the online services & am being asked for my account number or PIN. As far as I know, I don't have either?

I received the iPhone 4 on Friday and my number just became active today (after porting from O2), but the only kind of reference number I seemed to have on any email or even the documentation that came with the phone is the order number, beginning with 'o'.

If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful!

Welcome to the eForum.

I believe the 97886 number will only work once you've paid your first bill. Your account number should be on any paperwork or emails we've supplied with your deal.

If you've not got them to hand, I've sent instructions on how to reach my team here. You can also ask for your account number from Live help.

I too need my account number so that I can port my number. I am running out of time! All the links above lead me to a page that is no longer valid. The email links lead me to the private message pages but who do I send one to?
