Where Do I Find My Account Number or PIN?

There might be a really obvious answer I'm missing, but I'm trying to register for the online services & am being asked for my account number or PIN. As far as I know, I don't have either?

I received the iPhone 4 on Friday and my number just became active today (after porting from O2), but the only kind of reference number I seemed to have on any email or even the documentation that came with the phone is the order number, beginning with 'o'.

If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful!

Hi, the quickest way to get your account number is to call Customer Care on 191 from your phone.. After a few security questions they will be able to provide this for you and also set up a PIN

First of all, you can get your account number by the means mari1970 provided, or you can request the account number by text.

To get your account number by text, simply follow the below instructions:

Create a new message to 97886

Type "Account" and your postcode

Send

The message should look like this example- Account NW1 1WN

If this doesn't work then please reply to the email I've just sent to your all and we'll be in touch.

 I have txt the number , with the reply off ' no upgrade available' 😕
