Hello,
Please can you whitelist
83.244.250.208/29
This is sub allocation of a bigger /17 from Exponential-E (83.244.128.0/17) but we cannot get the sure signal to work, or WiFi calling to work
there is no blocking of ports, and we can see from mtr that rtt is less than 10ms.
many thanks

hi there we have a customer who cannot use wifi calling; all users devices work fine from public wifi or at home; we have connected a standard router to one of these IP addresses and it does not work; same router different location works fine
they have the following block associated from Exponential-e
83.244.250.208/27 this is part of a wider block 83.244.128.0/17
i have attached speedtest, pingtest, traceroute
please can this block be authorised

I’m not entirely sure what you need us to do here.
If this is to do with Sure Signal, that IP range is already whitelisted.
Could you clarify what you mean?
