Why wont my sure signal work with new Nano SIM

Hi Forum,

Can I get my sure signal re-registered or updated to work with my new Nano SIM phones (mine and my girlfriends).

VSS Serial Number is: 40120259912

Can anyone help?

If a person has their sim replaced via a sim swap for example then it's best practice to then de register their number from the sure signal for a period of 24 hours. Then after that timeframe re register it. 

If this isn't the case then please contact customer support via 191 or from a computer use Live Chat who'll be able to help.
