Hello all,
after 30 plus days of trying to resolve my broadband signal drop out issues I have come to the conclusion that Vodafone customer service is without doubt the worst I have ever encountered! Im fed up of being constantly lied too and in view of zero progress in relation to the lack of a constant broadband signal over the past 30 days want to know if it’s possible to terminate my Vodafone contract. ( I have a few months left of my 18 month contract and for the first 14 months the system was faultless, now however I sometimes can’t get a wired or wireless signal for up to 14 hours a day! )

It’s an absolute travesty, I’ve talked to 3 separate managers who have all promised to follow up the issue and I’ve never heard from them again. I’ve sent in 2 different sets of screenshots on IOS and Windows (both PC’s in safe mode) proving I have no signal for 10 hours plus a time. The only response is for “tech 2” to close down my fault ticket due to the fact that I had a signal one day out of four! Once they have removed your fault ticket you have to go through the delaying process all over again. (24 hours to talk to a manager and 72 hours for tech 2) I fail to see the correlation between the term “customer service “ and the way I have been dealt with!!!!
