I too am having problems having just upgraded from 3GS to 4S. I have tried all the suggestions, to no avail.
If it is just a matter of resyncing please could you do this for me - VSS number is: 40121000919

Thanks for your post here.
I’ve taken a look at the registration for you and I can see that there is an issue with the location profile which I have updated for you today and re-synced the Sure Signal.
Please can you let me know if you still have any problems after the re-sync?
