THANKS FOR INFO,I DELETED MY OLD EMAIL ACCOUNT,THEN SET UP NEW ONE WITH SAME DETAILS,THIS WORKED.THANKS AGAIN.DAVID

Which phone do you use ?

 

Have you tried removing your email settings and re enter them and or try an alternative email app. 

Current Phone > Samsung Note 10+ 5G _256Gb > Model: SM-N976B.

Samsung One Ui  / Pie.

Who is your email provider?

 

Whilst you may not have changed any of your settings the email provider may have done so. Are you using POP or IMAP for your mail?
