Hello. I recently ported my phone from O2. I contacted O2 and the port is complete. I do not get any incoming calls from non-Vodafone providers. Instead they get the message 'this number is not recognised.' I can place outgoing calls fine. Customer service has been useless. My phone is an iPhone 7 Plus that has worked for months on O2 without any problems. My proper phone number is recognised in the iPhone. What is the problem?

This sounds like a Split Port.
Ask Customer Services on 191 to escalate this to the Vodafone Porting Teams @lewis3162

@lewis3162 As advised by @BandOfBrothers this does sound like a Split Port. This is when all the information we need to complete the port, hasn't been sent over correctly from the previous provider.
