Hi guys,
You can get the 16GB iPad 2 for free on a 24 month contract at £32 per month if you're an existing customer - the 32GB would be £50 and the 64GB would be £100.
This contract gives you 2GB of data use per month and 1GB of BT Openzone Wi-Fi :smileyhappy:
If you'd like to take advantage of this offer, follow the instructions here and we'll be in touch as soon as we can :smileywink:

Hi tn3107,
Thanks for your posts. I’m sorry to read about the issues you’ve experienced.
All iPad2 orders are placed on our back order system. We receive stock on a regular basis from apple which are then despatched in date order.
If you’d like to place a fresh order, you will need to cancel with V Store the initial order you’ve placed. You can find out how to do so here.
Once you’ve done that, just pop back onto this thread and we’ll be in touch to help you get the yummy 32GB iPad2.
Best wishes
Ian

Hi Ian
Thanks for your reply, shall we do it over the phone for the 32GB ? And then I will cancel the 16Gb as I just dont want to be at the end of the queue again for the stock.
Also I have received an update from Andy saying that iPad2 online order iPad is in stock, dont know why I received an email saying that it is out of stock

Missed a phone call from Ben the other day re: my ipad2 order, unfortunately i couldn't understand the message (obviously bad signal on my phone) so i e-mailed back and had a reply yesterday saying Ian would be calling me to put my order in again as my first one a month ago didn't complete. Still waiting..
I'm off out now..
After about 4pm today or tomorrow morning will be best time to catch me if anyone wants to call? Anyone...?:smileywink:

Hi guys,
tn3107 - We have different channels of stock for online, phone and store, so your order may be from a different stock line to the one the advisor checked when they emailed you.
As Ian mentioned, you'll need to cancel that existing order first, but once you have just reply back to the email I'm sending you and our upgrades team will give you a call back.
RuthieS - I'll pop you an email as well to get you in the callback queue.
Please keep in mind that the team are small but specialised and are very in demand at the moment, so I cannot guarantee how quickly they will get back to you, but with the deals they can offer it's always worth holding out to speak to them!
