Hi, what phone do you have? Did you submit the NUC form online? It can take anywhere from a few days to 30 days, have you received an unlock code?

Could you elaborate a little with some further information please so we can more accurately help and guide you.  :Smiling:

 

If this is to unlock your SIM card as an incorrect passcode has been entered too many times now requiring a PUK Code then please talk with Customer service on 191 or Live Chat. 

 

If this is in connection with Unlocking your handset so it will work with any Networks Sim Card then...

Please also check any spam style email in boxes for emails from Vodafone. 

 

If your unlocking an iPhone....

 

An iPhone is not unlocked via inputting an unlock code but instead is unlocked via Apple and their Database.
Vodafone would email you to confirm it's been requested after accepting your unlock request. 
Apple then can take occasionally approximately up to 30 days to complete an unlock request made by a Network.
Periodically insert an active Non-Vodafone Sim Card in the iPhone and hook up to iTunes.
From the iPhone 5 onwards there's not normally the need to hook
up to iTunes to complete the process.

I am not quite sure what you are asking.

 

If you have set up a security code on the phone and entered the code incorrectly, you will need a PUK code from Vodafone.  If you have locked your SIM, you will need a replacement SIM card from a Vodafone Store.

 

If the phone is locked to Vodafone, you will need to complete the form on the link below.
