Hi, all i have bought the home broadband and phone deal,

i have reached my activation date,(today).i saw the openreach tech this morning

we were assuming he was switching us on,but still nothing yet.

i have read a lot of bad experiences of people not getting connected.

can anyone tell me an average time it takes to become active,

any answers will be welcome,

the router is up and flashing away on the bottom,is that any clue,,cheers

It should fire up by Midnight of your activation date @stevee1953

If no connection happens the next day then please do ring the Broadband Team.

are you connected yet ?

 

i am still waiting to be connected, don’t know when.

Mine was promised 10th October 2017 and still not connected, now they are saying 16th October.
