I have been using a £20 big bundle for months now, in fact I bought my vodafone mobile from the points I accrued. Up to recently I have had no problems, but when I went to add credit for my next bundle I noticed that £20 of my £27 credit had gone? When I checked my useage there was three pages of WWM charges of £2.50? I queried this with vodafone and they said I had been using it on a gambling site ? which I know nothing about? Then two days ago I got a text from vodafone saying the was a technical issue? I checked my useage again and there was only £4.58 of the remaining £7 credit so I asked vodafone to put a block on premium rate numbers, this as stopped the leakage of credit, so I was able to add £20 for my next big bundle due tomorrow, but how do I go about getting my money back? And I have heard no more about the technical issue?

I can see your attachments OK, under "view more options"!
As it explains in the FAQ, you'll need to phone CS (191) or use Live Chat, to find out who WWM are. That is almost certainly going to be more immediate than the assistance given by the Moderators here. Note the CS operating hours, as given on the Contact Us page.

Thank you for all your help I have sorted it, I found the WWE on my mobile it was a free message service charging me £2.50 per week from April 2017. I keyed in STOP but because I had put on the bar it would not send? So I went on my computer and turned off the bars? Sent STOP, and then I contacted them on a 03333 number, who told me I had clicked on it whilst trawling the internet, the STOP did not work but the lady on the phone stopped it for me when I told her I was a pensioner and she would try and refund all my money?

When the bar was first introduced, it was called the 'unsolicited reverse charge short code premium rate SMS bar'. The bar was designed to stop unasked for reverse charged messages coming from a short code.
The charge to account bar is pretty much the same, it stops reverse charge messages being delivered to the phone, the only disadvantage being it stops charity donations and other genuine reverse charge messages.
Looking at the bars on my account, there is also the other two restriction bars. Fortunately, PAYG customer can also secure their account by enabling the available barring.
