please can you resync my sure signal Serial number 21196948810 as i have changed sim card but kept old number

I've re synced your Sure Signal from our end, you'll need to do a factory reset to complete the process.

VSS Factory Reset

* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour

You can update the software by calling 191 or pop me a message here and we'll arrange this for you :).
