sim swap problem

I recently upgraded my phone, which came with a new nano SIM card. I tried transferring my number from my old sim across to the new sim using the online sim swap last night (approximately 24hours ago). It still hasn't transferred over. Please help

I've tried the online form and not had much success.   Talk to Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page) and ask them to re-try the process.

The live chat is always unavailable when I look

Live Chat always comes up as busy at first, but should connect within a minute.   Just leave the window open.

Tried a few times now. Keeps saying there's no one available

I've always found the quickest way to swap a Sim is in a Vodafone Store.
If you have one near to you that would be your best option.

The online process has never worked for me, using the local store has always been sorted by the time I get back home (approx 10 mins).

All sorted now. Finally managed to through to someone via chat. Sorted the problem in minutes
