I ordered the V3 sure signal on 1/11/14.
Other than an immediate confirmation I have heard nothing at all.
Tried to contact them in chat but they fob me off.
Anyone else had this problem?

Same for me - sent in for repair 3 weeks ago. Confirmed as a dead box, unrepairable. Went to the local Vodafone shop last Friday - they rang Customer Service - "None in stock and no estimated delivery date".

Trying to call them right now, been pushed from pillar to post, waiting for the fourth person.
"we are really busy" message again & again!!
Now 50 mins, sorry Vodafone this is truly shocking!!
If you want to take a new contract you're straight through, but to query an order seems to be impossible.
Having to hang up after 53 mins

Yeah me too, now 4 weeks. Got a call centre in India, very bad attitude.
No dates, no known dates, nothing.
Asked for Customer Services to call. Clearly ignored.
Would not care, had signal indoors and outdoors for over 18 months, now someone has done something to mast, only outdoors and crap at that.
Moved to Vodafone (even as an 02 Premium customer) to get better worldwide coverage, its much better than O2 partners. Vodafone own mast, 15 miles from York, Nada.
Peed off.
Come MTN to the UK, you are most welcome.

Thanks Wayne,
The site is still taking orders.
It says "Available for free home delivery in 2 - 4 working days"
I just checked.
I've been waiting 27 days
Can you explain please?
Mike
