my sure signal failed after a power out on 14th. not worked since. VF confirmed its not their problem, BT the same. Final attempt at solution before scrapping £100 worth of kit.

Have now working system and full signal. Thank you.
What caused this, could it happen again, how come it took so long to produce a solution? I cannot be without for so long and to have your support tell me to contact BT was more than just wasting my time.
