I had a power cut a week ago since then sure signal box doesn't work I have tried several factory resets and nothing only one of the four green lights on.. its version 1

I've checked your IP address and it's showing within range, so this isn't causing any issues.
Your Sure Signal last connected with us this morning, please try restarting your phone to see if this helps.
Getting a new power supply as suggested by @cineriv may also help to resolve the problem.

Don't be misled because there are lights on the box.
The power supplies rarely totally fail, they degrade over time until they can't provide enough power for the Sure Signal to fully operate correctly and the only way to diagnose the problem is to replace the power supply.
