Hi tonytango
This is a common issue caused by an update with your Internet Service Provider.
All you need to do is log into you’re My Vodafone that is registered as the owner of the Sure Signal, change the Post code to another Postcode, select save and then change this back and select save, this will then update the profile.
Thanks

well i changed my postcode and left it a couple of hours then changed it back and it has made no differance it still thinks i live at Friday Bridge in Cambridgeshire when i live in Tilbury Essex so can someone please sort this problem. It is not only on my phone it is on my sons and the wifes,if i unplug the sure signal box i have to go out in my back garden to get a signal and then i live in Tilbury as soon as i plug the box back in and get a full signal i live in Friday Bridge.the nearest mast to me is about 1/2 a mile away from me.

Hi tonytango,
If you can let us know your Sure Signal serial number, we can check this further.
Thanks,
Jenny

the serial number is 40122445436 and my postcode is rm188ja i have changed the postcode to one 5 miles away from my address and it still say's that i am at Friday Bridge.(removed under eForum House Rules),it say's that i can get good 3g and 4g signal in my house but i don't get either i have to have my phone out in my back garden to get a signal that is why i have the sure signal box.

if it is registered to rm18 then why is the location on all 3 phones linked to the sure signal box showing that we are over 100 miles away ?

Hi tonytango,
If you disconnect your phones from the Sure Signal, does it then show the right postcode?
If so, this may be down to how your Sure Signal is connected to the network.
It’s showing the correct postcode on your Sure Signal account, so it’s registered to the correct address.
Are your phones working ok from home now?
Thanks,
Gemma
