Anyone had this happen? Connection was working absolutely fine until CF were messing around with the box outside now my line is totally dead and I'm having to rely on the mobile dongle (which is not great at all speed wise).
Have raised a support request but I don't like the fact that this can just happen - I am pretty dependant on a good connection for audio/video comms and the mobile dongle speeds are not good enough for this.

It's all too easy for an engineer to damage a fibre when working on another. Even the most experienced engineers have accidents when working in cabinets and chambers.
Keep pushing vodafone - you clearly have a "cause and effect" which needs investigating.
