Serious worries now about joining Vodafone.
I was offered original activation date of 19oct, nobody turned up, called Vodafone hopeless support who seem to know nothing of city fibre and offer me help with diagnostics of my broadband connection. No!! I need a city fibre engineer to run a cable to my house
it’s now 27th oct and STILL waiting for an engineer to install and I still have to chase up Vodafone incompetent support for updates
i have made a horrendous error joining Vodafone. I thought virgin was bad but oh my, nope Vodafone you are definitely the worst
