My Broadband should have gone live on 30th March. To date it still doesn't work. I have been "chatting" with technical support daily , they ask me to follow the same process daily which doesn't work. Ive lost patience with Vodafone and I am moving back to BT on the 19th of this month. 

 

I telephoned Vodafone yesterday to cancel. After giving my account number the operator told me that I do not have accounts to cancel! I said, well how come, he said that he didn't know and the call got disconnected.

@allsaintz1977 - I'm disappointed to hear the call was disconnected when you've reached out to us about this. I'm also sorry it's got to the stage of you needing to cancel, due to the delay. 

I'd like my team to take a look at your account and make sure it isn't going to go live. If needed, we can then point you in the right direction. We can also check if the agents details are on your account, from when the call was disconnected. We can then feed this back. Please get in touch with us on Social Media
