My street recently had city fibre installed and I called up Vodafone and placed an order for Fibre to be connected. Unfortunately when the engineer came out to connect me, he had an order to connect copper not fibre. I called up Vodafone to ask what went wrong, it sounds like I was miss sold despite asking several times that they connect fibre. They have now cancelled my order and say they can't connect fibre, as my house is listed as copper only. This is despite there being a fibre line on the telephone post outside my house (next to the copper) and my property being listed as available (screenshot below) for fibre to be connected. You can see Vodafone listed in one of the screenshots too!
Does anyone know how I could get round this red tape and process at Vodafone to get connected?
