Mis-spelt email when buying broadband

I bought broadband last week for activation later this month but I accidentally mistyped my email address when buying it. Instead of the last bit of my email being …ald@gmail.com I accidentally typed …lad@gmail.com. Everything else was correct. As such, I’ve had no emails about my order but I have had text messages. I’ve tried to register for an online account but I can’t log in as obviously the emails are going to the mis-spelt account rather than my actual email. Any suggestions for sorting this out as I can’t get through on Tobi as I can’t get past the questions it asks me to verify me!
