No Broadband For New Customer

Had a new install of full fibre yesterday 28/04/23. Engineers had to dig up my garden a 2nd time to lay fibre cable, neighbour upstairs had fibre installed a few weeks ago. 

After engineer connected WiFi hub to fibre box on the wall it wouldnt connect to Internet.

Engineer told me WiFi hub must be updating and it could take from 6 hours to 12 hours. Left me telling me I needed to phone vodafone if problem persisted. Fast forward to 29/4/23, 24 hours after installation it Still does NOT work. I've checked cable connections, rebooted, factory reset and. Still no Internet. 

Spoke to agent on phone, went through the script with him, reboot/reset/etc.said he was doing some checks, called me back 1 hour later to see if it was working. Told me all should be working fine by Tuesday. 

I thought this was supposed to work on the day it was installed? 

If not working by Monday afternoon a cancellation  will be going in. It's a PIA
