5 days after installation I still have no Internet as my order is not complete, I've spoken to many different support staff but unfortunately nothing has been done despite them sending 4 emails to the back end team requesting the order is pushed to complete. My account is [Removed]

Hi @AlanBax As I advised on the other thread, if you reach out to the Social Media Team, we can raise this as a complaint and see if we can get it escalated for you. Unfortunately, we are not able to help via this channel as your account will need to be accessed which we can't do on the Forum.
