ONT missing power cable

Hi, my service is due to be connected for Full Fibre Broadband tomorrow however it looks like we don't have a power supply cable for our ONT (presumably the sellers took it when they left). How do I know what cable I need to purchase? I contacted Vodafone support however they said they don't / can't supply one and to just "Google ONT Cable". Thanks.

Contact vodafone - they should arrange for openreach to either post you one, or drop one off if there's an engineer in your area.

Thanks, I did try / push for this but multiple agents stated they aren't responsible for providing this cable or arranging one to be provided by Openreach. They've advised to buy one but can't advise on the correct power supply cable for my ONT, telling me to take it to the shop.

That's very naughty. They know the ONT belongs to openreach, and disconnecting it can lead to a fine. Besides, customers should never disconnect the fibre from the ONT or risk damaging it, or a poor connection when it's reconnected.

Buy the full unit off ebay and just use the PSU.
