Still no internet 3 days after Vodafone / Cityfibre installation

I moved to a new property recently and City Fibre came to install full fibre a few days ago,  Since then I have had no internet, and have spent hours on the phone trying to get things resolved. Each ‘expert’ tells me it”s something different, nothing seems to be followed through, and I am beginning to lose hope of ever speaking to someone at Vodafone who can identify the issue and fix it.  I have tried messaging Vodafone’s Twitter account to no avail. I’m getting desperate now as am supposed to be working from home, but the red internet light continues to flash and the dongle doesn’t work either.

If you are getting nowhere with support (don't waste your time with social media) then raise an official complaint.

Thank you I will do, although if they're anything like technical support I'm not holding out much hope.

Did you get to the bottom of this at all ? I'm in the same situation.

Eventually I got through to someone who seemed to know what they were doing and sent out a new router, which arrived the next day.  It connected straight away. I don't know whether this will resolve your issue, but it might be worth suggesting.
