New user activated yesterday had internet outgoing phone but unknown number on incoming
Rang customer care over several sessions of pin hole resets now have no service at all, been told to leave it unplugged for an hour and someone will call back tomorrow.
Asked for setting to use my 3rd party router said she would text it to me but nothing so far
I'm less than impressed with the process tbh

Hi, I have exactly the same problem.
Have been onto support today and am now back on with Internet but when calling home phone still not valid number message.
Did you get this resolved?

Resolved today after yet another call
As usual in networking issues it's down to who you get as to how well resolved.
Guy I got today was really good because he understood networking rather than the script he had been trained on
