Hi all,
My broadband connection was activated today and at first I was very pleased with how much faster it is compared to what I had before.
However after about an hour I lost the connection and the power, internet and WiFi lights were all flashing white. Turned the router off and on again and it was fine for an hour or so again and the same thing happened - no internet connection and the three lights flashing.
Anyone have any ideas? I was having an online chat with customer service but never got a response to my question.

Hey there @dpmedcalf82 - Hmm this doesn't sound right. Within the first 10 days of activation you will experience fluctuation in speeds but this shouldn't cause connection drops and lights flashing.
I would suggest to drop us a message on social media so that we can check that your router is provisioned and your line is working. Make sure to include a link back to your post and your landline/account number.

Thanks I spoke to someone this morning and they tested the line and said there was a fault. Hopefully that will get it sorted.

Okay @dpmedcalf82 - I hope this gets sorted soon as well! If you would like any update on the fault or for us to double check anything, please don't hesitate to follow the link I've sent above to get in touch with us 😊

Service went live on the 13th October. After about an hour I get three flashing white lights and have to turn it off and on again. I have tried contacting several times but the issue still isn't fixed.

Still not working. Promised a call back yesterday, which didn't happen. Tried contacting via social media but no help at all. Spent 20mins on the phone this morning to be told they have no idea what the technician did on Wednesday but there is still a fault on the line!!! Now told to wait until Monday for someone to look at the issue.
Wow, this is beyond a joke now and on top of all the time wasted I am expected to take a day off work.
Someone needs to ring me today with a better solution.

If there was a fault on the line it wouldn't result in the router having multiple LEDs flashing.
Did you try the factory reset?

No. I just keep getting told that they can see the drop outs and they are monitoring the line.
I have never had any issues with previous providers, so unsure why I am having so many problems.
