Today, at about 12.30 all my devices suddenly disconnected from the internet. There was a red flashing light on my booster box but my router seemed to be fine. I assumed it was just an outage and everything would reconnect soon.
As it turned out, my router had reset itself, seemingly to factory settings. The network name and password all changed, hence why everything disconnected.
Why would this happen if I'd not initiated it? Is it some sort of firmware update from Vodafone? If it is a firmware update, it'd be nice to 1) have warning 2) have it not reset my settings, it's a right faff reconnecting all my devices!!
Anyone know what happened?

I have a Vodafone Ultra Hub and a Super WiFi 6E booster.
